The Insight Works was established in 2005 by its current Managing Director, John Cornbill. Over the past 6 years the company has grown year on year, taking on additional staff and now works with a team of expert associates.

We specialise in European Funding, but also work with clients on Innovation, Procurement and Process Improvement.
Although the Insight Works is classified as a consultancy, we do not see ourselves as fitting that business model. We enjoy working directly with our clients to produce results. We simply do whatever it takes to help people tackle their practical day to day project challenges.
One of our skills is our ability to unlock our client’s own strengths – we have extensive experience of coaching and mentoring, combined with the application of a range of proven creative, innovation and problem solving techniques.
